Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) flies small planes to people that roads never reach. Where the nearest hospital is a three-day walk away, an MAF plane gets a patient there in ten minutes. Last year MAF made 44,448 flights, carried 120,155 passengers and delivered 4,104 tonnes of food, medicine and supplies.
Canadian Flight Centre has supported MAF for about 15 years and has trained MAF pilots.
