TAILWHEEL INSTRUCTOR

Do the complete instructor rating from the back seat of the Citabria. This course equips you to instruct students on tricycle and tailwheel planes, towards private or commercial pilot licenses, or prepare licensed pilots for tailwheel upgrades.
Combine getting your instructor rating with acquiring the rare skill of teaching tailwheel pilots.

FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM (TAILWHEEL)

Admission criteria, policies and certifications are the same as for the Flight Instructor Program above.

This course is the Flight Instructor course, taught primarily on tailwheel aircraft. We’ll do a Tailwheel Course with you in addition to the standard package, unless it was done prior.

Contact us for custom cost estimate for this option.

TAILWHEEL INSTRUCTOR UPGRADE

Prerequisite: CPL + Instructor Rating + Tailwheel Course

If you already hold an instructor rating, expand your horizons by offering tailwheel training to your students. Anyone from aspiring bush pilots to CPL students looking for a challenge will find your acquired skill valuable for them.

This option is an additional checkout on tailwheel aircraft for Instructor Rating holders, and does not include the Instructor rating.

AEROBATIC INSTRUCTOR

Canadian Flight Centre’s aerobatic instructor rating course is delivered on our Super Decathlon.

Extensive groundwork is done on both the in-depth understanding of the maneuvers, as well as instructional techniques on how to pass your knowledge to another excited future aerobatic pilot.

PRE-REQUISITE:

Admission criteria, policies and certifications are the same as for the Flight Instructor Program above.

We’ll do a Tailwheel Course, rear sear tailwheel conversion and aerobatic courses with you in addition to the standard package, unless it was completed prior.
