Canadian Flight Centre offers joint training with Thompson Rivers University.
Get dual credit and further your education with an Open-Learning environment through this local University supporting pilots.
Pilots who successfully completed the levels of Private Pilot License, Commercial Pilot License, Multi-IFR Rating, Aeroplane Instructor Rating or Aerobatic Instructor Rating, incl. the applicable Transport Canada written and flight tests are eligible for credits towards their university degree through the Open Learning Department of the TRU.
Flight training portion of the degree can be competed before, in parallel or after other classroom university courses.
Even though the main campus of Thompson Rivers is located in Kamloops, CFC students have a choice of doing their flight training portion either in our Pitt Meadows (Vancouver) or Kamloops base.
